Canada to sell medical marijuana to seriously ill

Canada is the first country in the world to sell marijuana to several-hundred seriously ill people. A total of 582 sufferers are granted dispensation from criminal laws to use the drug and can buy dried marijuana for about half the current black-market rate or seeds to grow their own plants. The drug will be given to patients by their doctors.
