To study the effectiveness of different iridology theories in order to isolate the concepts and data that prove to be efficient.
The current study has been undertaken during the past 20 years and comprises the application of observational techniques to clients of our Naturopathy consult. During this period, more than 60 000 people of all age groups have been observed.
The theories studied demonstrate errors and correct assertions in their charting of the iris.
The data obtained provide firm evidence for the existence of behaviour of the iris that has not been recognised in any other study. New concepts, such as the multiple reflex phenomenon, radically change the current concept of iridology and revolutionise the topography of the iris.
The different iridology theories contain errors which have impeded their development and progress as a diagnostic technique.
We demonstrate the efficiency of iridology, showing the direct relation that exists between alterations in health, and the manifestation of determined signs and characteristics in specific locations on the iris.
It provides us with new parameters that broaden our knowledge of human health.
This evidences the existence of an iridology system integrated into the human body that performs this said function. However, although we are able to observe the effects of its behaviour, as yet we remain unable to explain its structure.
The data and information obtained have been collated in what we have termed’ Multiple Reflex Iridology’.
