This book is an account of the Prince of Wales’ thinking on a range of issues. For FACT readers, his views on health are clearly the most important topic. In particular we learn about the Prince’s ‘pioneering role in the development of the holistic (now integrated) health movement’. The author describes the UK developments in detail and quotes from the Prince’s speeches at length. I thought this was an interesting account. Lorimer’s story of how integrated, holistic, alternative or complementary medicine in the UK reached its present stage of development is perhaps not free of bias but it is a fascinating read.
