Homoeopathic hospital loses NHS funding

West Kent Primary Care Trust, UK, decided in September 2007 to withdraw all funding for homoeopathy from the end of this financial year. The announcement of intention to withdraw NHS funding was followed by a public consultation. It was decided the £160 000 could be used elsewhere.
