Combining search terms

You can refine your search by combining search terms using 'logical operators'.

ENTER AS EFFECT

heart failure

documents containing either (or both) of the words

+heart +failure

documents containing both the words

liver heart +failure

documents containing liver and/or heart which must also contain failure

"heart failure"

documents containing both words as a phrase

alcohol -wines

documents containing alcohol but not wines
