In Firefox 2 you can remove the toolbar by clicking on the arrow next to the search box and selecting Manage Search Engines.
In Firefox 1 you can remove the toolbar by removing the file MedicinesComplete.src from your Firefox search plugin directory (typically C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins\ on computers running Windows).
