Screenshot of search results

When you perform a text search, the results display tells you how your search has been handled.

The display includes:

Results are sorted so that the documents that are the best match for your search are displayed first. The documents are listed in pages of 50. If more than 50 documents have been retrieved, click on the links at the bottom of the results list to see more pages of results.

The list of documents includes the titles of the documents and the breadcrumb trail which gives their location in the hierarchy. This will help you select the most relevant records to view.

Notes:

If a mis-spelling has been detected, the closest term found will be retrieved.
